How does the matching work?+
The 7-question quiz scores your answers across five emotional patterns: anxious (Tranquility), foggy (Clarity), hesitant (Confidence), grieving (Heartful), or depleted (Vitality). Your highest-scoring archetype is the essence we send. Most testers' results feel obviously right to them by the end of the quiz.
Why pay shipping if the bottle is free?+
Two honest reasons. First, $7.95 covers our actual USPS first-class shipping cost (around $5) plus a small amount for the time it takes to pack and label. Second, paying something small filters for people who'll actually open the bottle. Pure-free giveaways tend to end up in drawers; small-commitment trials get used. We want testers who use the essence.
What if I don't like it?+
Write that in your review. The most useful reviews on our site are the specific ones, including the specific reasons something didn't land. Our 30-night satisfaction guarantee also applies: if the bottle truly didn't help, reply to any of our emails and we refund your shipping. No clawback on the bottle.
Why 20 testers? Why not 1,000?+
Because we hand-bottle. Each essence is sun-infused from blossoms grown in our Arkansas medicine garden, preserved in organic brandy and mountain water (the original Bach method, from the 1930s). A Spring batch produces a specific number of bottles. 20 is what we can responsibly give away this batch while still keeping enough for paying customers and our wholesale accounts. The cohort closes the moment that count is met or on June 21, whichever comes first.
What review do you actually want from me?+
Whatever your honest experience was. Specific is better than general ("the chest tightness lifted in about 10 minutes" is more useful to the next person than "it works great"). Three sentences is fine. A paragraph is great. If nothing changed, say that. We are bound by FTC rules to ask for honest reviews only, never positive ones.
When will it ship?+
We bottle and ship in batches twice a week (Tuesday and Friday). USPS first-class delivery is typically 3-5 business days within the continental US. You'll get an email when your bottle ships with a tracking number.
What's in it for you?+
Reviews. Honestly, that's it. We're a small Arkansas family business and our reviews are how people decide whether to try us. We'd rather give 20 bottles to people who'll use them and review them honestly than spend the same money on ads. If you write a thoughtful review, you've paid us back many times over.
Is this open to existing customers?+
Yes. If you've bought from us before but haven't reviewed yet, this is a clean way to do it: you get a fresh bottle of whatever the quiz matches, you write the honest review, you've helped the next person. New customers and returning customers are equally welcome.
