What's your boundary pattern?

Five questions, 60 seconds. The quiz matches your pattern to one of four boundary types: Over-Accommodator, Self-Doubter, Conflict-Avoider, Reactive Boundary-Setter. With matched practice + plant medicine.

Question 1 of 520%

What happens most often when someone asks you for something?

  • 01Each archetype has a different fix. Generic 'just say no' advice misses because boundary blocks have different shapes.
  • 02The full result comes with the matched practice (free) and Confidence Essence (goldenrod, Bach method) as the matched plant medicine.
  • 03Optional 5-email walkthrough over two weeks for the archetype-specific protocol.

From the herbalist

Most boundary work is taught from the wrong direction. The instruction is usually 'say no more.' The actual block isn't speech; it's that we override the body's no before it reaches the mouth.

Questions, answered

What are the four boundary types?+
Over-Accommodator: yes happens before the body votes. Self-Doubter: no happens, then gets re-litigated for days. Conflict-Avoider: nothing gets said, things accumulate. Reactive Boundary-Setter: silence until eruption.
Why do all four point to Confidence Essence?+
Because goldenrod has a long traditional use for self-trust and the body's yes/no signal across all four patterns. The matched daily PRACTICE differs per archetype, which the 5-email walkthrough covers.
Is this for big life boundaries or daily ones?+
Daily ones primarily. Big life boundaries (leaving a relationship, quitting a job) benefit from the daily practice as foundation but usually need more support. For those, please consider a therapist or coach as primary.
Do I have to give my email?+
No. Archetype shows on the page after the 5 questions. Email gate is optional.
What if my result doesn't match?+
Reply to the result email. Patterns can be layered. Gaia reads every reply.
