How accurate is the quiz?+
It's a 5-question diagnostic, not a clinical assessment. It correctly identifies the dominant archetype for most adults within a few minutes. If your situation is unusual (severe insomnia, sleep apnea, chronic pain, postpartum, perimenopause), the quiz result is a useful starting point but your full picture needs a conversation with a clinical herbalist or sleep specialist.
What are the four sleep types?+
Racing-Mind Returner: body tired, mind narrating, can't fall asleep. 3 a.m. Waker: falls asleep fine, jolts awake between 2 and 4 a.m. Wired-and-Tired: exhausted all day but body re-activates at bedtime. Fragmented Sleeper: multiple wakes through the night, light sleep, never quite restorative.
