The 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

Plant medicine works in conversation with your body, and not every herb is the right match for every season of life. We want you to be able to try our products without weighing them against the risk of being wrong.

If after 30 nights of having your order you haven't felt the shift you were hoping for, email hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com for a full refund. No return shipping, no questions, no fine print. Whether the bottle is sealed or half-finished, we honor the guarantee the same way.

We ask for a few words about what you were hoping for and what happened, so we can learn and so we can recommend something that might be a better match if you'd like one. The refund goes through regardless.

If your order arrives damaged or defective

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If a bottle is broken, the seal is compromised, or something isn't what you ordered:

  • Email us at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the outer box, packing, and the affected item.
  • We'll replace the item at no cost or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Unopened items, returned by mail

If you'd prefer to return an unopened product by mail rather than use the satisfaction guarantee, you can do that within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable):

  • Email hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  • We'll send return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we recommend a trackable method.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For most customers the satisfaction guarantee above is simpler, no return shipping, no waiting for the package to come back.

Order cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we can't always catch one before it ships. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, the 30-night satisfaction guarantee applies once it arrives.

Subscribe & Save refunds

You can cancel, pause, or change the cadence of a Subscribe & Save subscription anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked in every subscription confirmation email) or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing date. We don't prorate or refund shipments that have already been processed, but if a shipment shows up damaged or defective, the standard policy above applies, and the 30-night satisfaction guarantee covers each individual shipment.

Refund timing

Once we approve a refund, it's issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. It typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Gift cards and final-sale items

Gift cards and products marked "final sale" are excluded from the 30-night satisfaction guarantee. Everything else is covered.
