What kind of tension is this audit for?+
Somatic tension: jaw clench, neck and shoulder tension, chest tightness, low-back stress tension, hip-and-psoas tightness. It is NOT for chronic injury, arthritis, autoimmune pain, post-surgical pain, or specific medical diagnoses. The audit is a self-assessment, not a clinical evaluation.
How is this different from a quiz?+
The audit asks you to rate each area directly, then shows you the top 2 hotspots with matched releases. The Tension-Type Quiz instead asks 5 lifestyle/pattern questions and routes you to one of 4 archetypes with an archetype-specific protocol. Different tools for different kinds of insight.
Do I have to give my email?+
No. The audit runs entirely on the page. The email gate is optional and only saves your tension map to your inbox. The matched releases work whether you opt in or not.
What if my top hotspot is severe?+
If any single area is at 5/5 and the pattern has lasted more than a few weeks, please work with a physical therapist or clinical bodyworker alongside the audit. The releases are for general somatic tension, not for a clinical pain condition.
What if I have a question about my map?+
Reply to the email after you opt in. Gaia reads every reply. She's happy to suggest archetype-level adjustments if your map points to a specific pattern (postpartum, perimenopause, post-injury).
