Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand in our garden studio in Umpire, Arkansas. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out to the day your package arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. We're unable to ship internationally at this time. If you'd like us to ship to a P.O. box, military APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory, that works — just double-check the address at checkout.

Processing time

Because every tea, tincture, and flower essence is small-batch and handcrafted, orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. During busy seasons (holidays, new-release launches, seasonal harvests) processing may take an extra day or two. If there's an unusual delay on a specific item, we'll email you with an update.

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We ship primarily via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order. Estimated transit times once the package leaves us:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — 2 to 5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and aren't guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, and holidays can add a day or two.

Free shipping

Orders totaling $75 or more (before tax) ship free within the United States. The progress bar in your cart shows how close you are to the threshold.

Order confirmation and tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out, and a shipping notification with a tracking number the moment we hand your package to USPS. If you don't see the confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder — or email hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com and we'll look it up.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once your package is scanned in with USPS, it's in their hands — but we'll still help however we can.

  • Damaged in transit — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the damaged item. We'll replace or refund the affected items.
  • Marked delivered but missing — occasionally USPS marks a package delivered a day or two early. Please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your household before contacting us. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll help file a claim and decide next steps.
  • Long delay in transit — if tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, email us and we'll work with USPS to locate it or send a replacement.

Returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we'll email you to arrange either reshipping (you'll cover the reshipping fee) or a refund for the items (shipping is non-refundable).

Address changes

Need to change the shipping address on an order? Email us as soon as possible at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com. We can usually update it before the package leaves, but once it's handed to USPS we no longer have a way to change the destination.

Subscribe & Save shipments

Subscription orders ship on the same cadence you chose at checkout (every 1, 2, or 3 months). The same processing time and shipping rates apply to each recurring order. You can update the ship-to address, change the interval, or cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked in every subscription confirmation email).
