When do the emails arrive?+
The first email lands the evening you sign up. The second arrives the next evening. The third arrives the evening after that. Three nights in a row. Each email is short, one focused practice.
Do I have to buy anything?+
No. The mini-course is free. The emails introduce our Dreamweaver Tonic and the Ultimate Calm Kit if broken sleep is a chronic pattern, but the practices work on their own. You can unsubscribe at any point and the mini-course is yours to keep.
Is this safe if I take a prescription sleep medication?+
The practices in the mini-course are general sleep-hygiene tools (fixed wake time, wind-down hour, long-exhale breath for the 3 a.m. wake-up). They're safe to layer with any prescription and are often used alongside one. The plant medicines we mention (Dreamweaver, Tranquility Essence) can mildly compound prescription sedatives, so please check with your prescriber before adding them if you take prescription sleep or anxiety medication.
