What kind of tension is this for?+
Somatic tension: jaw clench, shoulders-to-ears, tension headaches, post-workout bracing, low-back stress tension. It is NOT for chronic injury, arthritis, autoimmune pain, post-surgical pain, or specific medical diagnoses. If your pain is chronic-injury, please work with a physical therapist or pain specialist.
When do the emails arrive?+
The first email lands the same day you sign up. The second arrives the next day, the third the day after. Three days in a row. Each email is short, one focused release.
Do I have to buy anything?+
No. The mini-course is free. The emails introduce our Comfort Ease Tonic on Day 2 and Day 3 because that is the matched evening formula, but the releases work on their own. You can unsubscribe at any point and the mini-course is yours to keep.
