Every order ships within 1-3 business days from our Arkansas garden. Free shipping on orders over $75. Below that, weight-based USPS rates at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage: $4.75, $7.75 (3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail: $11.50, $20.00 (2-4 business days, for heavier orders)

How does the 30-min consult work?
After your purchase, you'll get an email with my Calendly link. Pick a 30-minute slot in the next 14 days. The consult is on Zoom. You bring the patterns you're working with (anxiety, sleep, grief, energy, focus) and I'll map a custom protocol using the kit's components and any other plant medicine that fits. Bring questions, bring a notebook. I record nothing, but you can.
Why only 4 spots per month?
Because 30 minutes of 1:1 time with a clinical herbalist isn't something I can scale without compromising the depth. Four consults a month is what I can do alongside formulating the medicine, running the garden, and writing. If all four are claimed, the page shows 'next month opens on the 1st.' The waitlist email goes out 24 hours before each new month opens.
Can I gift this to someone else?
Yes, and a lot of people do (it's an extraordinary gift for a milestone birthday or a midlife pivot). At checkout, enter the recipient's shipping address. After purchase, email us at hello@gaiasgardenorganics.com with the gift recipient's name and email, and we'll send the Calendly link directly to them with a personal note from Gaia.
What if I can't make my booked time?
Reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before the call. If something urgent comes up day-of, just email us and we'll find another slot. Multiple last-minute reschedules in a row may end up at the back of the queue.
Can I subscribe to the kit?
No. The consult is the unique part. We don't sell recurring consults, and shipping you the same 7 bottles every month wouldn't honor what the kit is. Most people who finish the kit come back for refills via Subscribe & Save on the individual bottles they use most.
What's the refund policy?
30-night unconditional satisfaction guarantee on the physical goods (essences, tinctures, book). Once we've done the video consult, that portion of the kit is non-refundable (~$150 value). If you cancel before scheduling the consult, full refund of the entire kit.
