Night 1 is the Sleep Window (fixed wake time). Night 2 is the Caffeine Audit (no caffeine after noon). Night 3 is Light Hygiene (morning sun, evening dim). Night 4 is the Wind-Down Hour (with Dreamweaver Tonic if you want the herbal layer). Night 5 is the Bedroom Audit (cool, dark, screen-free). Night 6 is the 3-AM Tool (when you wake at 3am, don't check the time, do this instead). Night 7 is integration. The whole PDF is 16 pages. No prescription required.
How is this different from melatonin or a sleep aid?+
