What's actually in the 5 days?+
Day 1 is Dharana, the focused-attention practice (5 minutes, one object, attention returns to it). Day 2 is Pratyahara, the morning sensory withdrawal. Day 3 is Viveka, the discrimination practice for the decision-paralysis pattern. Day 4 is the daily walk (10 minutes outside, no phone, no podcasts). Day 5 is integration. The whole PDF is about 12 pages. No herbs required for the practices themselves.
How is this different from meditation apps?+
Meditation apps generally train relaxation. This protocol trains focused attention specifically, which is the opposite skill, and the one brain fog actually needs.
