What's in the protocol?+
Seven nights of small practices, one per night. They include breath cues, sensory rituals, a journaling prompt, and a few structural changes to the wind-down hour. Each practice fits on a single page so you can keep the PDF open on your phone at bedtime. No herbs are required to use it; the protocol stands on its own.
Is this just generic sleep hygiene?+
No. Sleep hygiene tends to be a list of rules (no screens after 9pm, blackout curtains, magnesium). The protocol is a sequenced nervous-system intervention. Each night builds on the previous one, and the order matters because the nervous system needs predictable cumulative input, not a list to comply with.
Do I have to buy anything?+
No. The protocol is free, with no upsells inside the PDF itself. We follow up with a few honest emails over the next two weeks that share what we'd reach for if the protocol alone isn't enough (usually our Tranquility Essence and Dreamweaver Tonic), but you can unsubscribe at any point and keep the protocol.
Will this actually work? I've tried a lot.+
It works best on the racing-mind / nervous-system-on-too-high kind of sleep difficulty. If your sleep problem is fundamentally medical (sleep apnea, a thyroid issue, a medication side effect), the protocol won't replace the medical workup. For most of the everyday insomnia we see in the clinic, the protocol produces real softening by night 4-5 for most people.
How long until I see results?+
The first softening usually shows up by night 3-4. A full cumulative shift tends to land by the end of the seven nights. If you're not seeing anything by night 5, the protocol may not be the right intervention for your specific sleep pattern; we mention this honestly in the follow-up emails.
What if I have a question about the protocol?+
Reply to any of the emails. The reply lands in Gaia's inbox directly and she reads every one. She's also happy to suggest specific tweaks if your situation is unusual (postpartum, post-surgery, pet-related disruption, shift work, etc.).
