What's a Founding Practitioner?+
Our top tier. Reserved for practicing herbalists, acupuncturists, doulas, NDs, RDs, yoga therapists, and similar clinicians with an active client base. Founding Practitioners get a free welcome pack (one tincture + one essence of choice, shipped), 30% commission, 15% recurring on subscriptions, and access to a quarterly Practitioner Letter from Gaia with clinical updates. 5 spots per quarter, honest scarcity.
What if I'm approved but not as a Founding Practitioner?+
We have multiple partnership levels matched to different kinds of partners. If you're approved at a different level, the welcome email will spell out your welcome benefits and commission structure. Every approved partner receives some form of welcome pack and a real commission. We just match the level to who you are and who you reach.
How long does review take?+
5 business days. Gaia or Skylar reads every application personally. We're not running this through an automated funnel; the texture of your application is what we read most carefully.
Do I have to have a big audience?+
No. Audience size matters less than audience fit. Some of our most beloved partners have a personal network of 50 people they trust and who trust them back. The application asks about audience because it helps us match you to the right partnership level, not because we're filtering on numbers.
What if I'm not approved this round?+
We'll let you know directly, share a customer-side discount as a thank-you for applying, and invite you to reapply in 3-6 months. Sometimes applicants need to grow a bit; sometimes the cohort is just full. Either way, the door isn't closed.
What kind of materials do partners get?+
An honest creatives library: product photos from our garden, swipe text written in Gaia's voice (so you don't have to write from scratch), per-archetype landing pages you can link to. We give you what we'd want to give a friend, not generic ad copy.
